    The commission invoice is issued through the agreed developer process.

    The selling agency accepts the invoice and funding terms.

    Target payout is three days after approval and funding authorisation.

  5. 05Developer repays

    The developer repays under the agreed term, up to 90 days.

Bring informed brokers to your project.

FRANK uses its broker network and project education to bring relevant brokers into your sales centre, where your own team presents and sells the development.

  • Target attendance: 120–150 brokers per activation. This is a target, not a guarantee of attendance or sales.
  • Sales Centre AED 35,000 · Signature AED 45,000 · Quarterly programme AED 90,000 for three activations.
