Application terms.

Version 14 October 2026. These terms cover the application and proposed film booking.

Application and review

You confirm that the information and contact details you submit are accurate, that you represent the named developer or have authority to apply for this position, and that FRANK may contact you to verify the details. Sending an application or reserving a provisional film slot does not appoint you as an official FFSM.

Project information and broker support

If selected, you agree to keep your developer’s project and inventory information current and to support FRANK brokers’ enquiries in the language and developer position agreed with FRANK. The final scope is confirmed before activation.

Photos and filming

Your uploaded profile photo is used privately to review your application. A film booking is subject to FRANK’s confirmation and may need to be rescheduled. FRANK will seek separate approval before publishing your photo, film or interview publicly.

Promo code interest

Choosing “Yes” only asks FRANK to discuss a personal promo code. The proposed 10% subscriber discount and 25% share for six months are subject to eligibility, FRANK approval and a separate written agreement. No code or payout is created by the application.

Personal information

Your application details and photo are available to authorised FRANK team members for recruitment and scheduling. See the privacy notice for how FRANK handles personal data.
